As an update to the earlier advertisement on the 4th Airport Business Summit and Expo, a new date of 21st – 23rd of June 2017 has been fixed for the event. This is in reaction to the developments in the industry and to create great opportunity for all-inclusive participation.
This event will still hold at same venue Shehu Musa Yar’Adua Centre Abuja with programme commencing on the Day 1, 21st June 2017, with a lecture led workshop on airport business development under the following subjects:
- Aviation Infrastructure Development,
- Passenger facilitation and passenger’s experience
- Aviation marketing, investment and revenue,
- Safety and security
- Human Resources and Capacity Building.
While, Day 2-3 from the 22nd-23rd June 2017 will be a general conference which will be led by the Honourable Minister of State for Aviation, Senator Hadi Sirika, with various paper presentations from heads of sectors and agencies to highlight critical needs in the air transportation sector, emphasizing on regional connectivity and the role of Nigeria airports in the economic value chain of development.
This summit is planned to run on interrelated tracks capturing a multi-sector audience in effort to articulate diverse contributions and interests with discussion sessions on Airports Infrastructure Investment, the Public Private Sector Partnership and Total Passenger Experience. These forum which is open to all Nigeria and Africa investment partners, banks, airports, airlines and suppliers of airport services, trade associations with diplomatic and trade missions present a good business opportunity for all to join while the ABSE Expo is open to public alongside the summit to create business networking opportunity.
